SARATOV, Jan 10 (PRIME) -- Balakovo Metallurgical Plant, part of the Novostal-M holding, plans to invest more than 1.3 billion rubles in an oxygen facility in Balakovo in the Saratov Region on the Volga until in 2024, a regional Economic Development Ministry spokesperson told PRIME on January 8.
